Sikap macam ni bukan kuman je hinggap kat badan korang tapi benda-benda tak elok pun boleh menyinggah tau. Haaa mesti anda rasa benda-benda mistik kan? Fikir-fikirkan lah!<\/p>\n<p>Rasulullah SAW sudah memberi panduan atau tips untuk dapatkan tidur yang berkualiti dan tenang, kenapa tidak diikuti? Bukan hanya anda bersihkan anggota badan secara fizikal, bahkan anda juga dapat tenangkan rohani untuk tidur. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuatkan hati lebih tenang. Kalau penat mengantuk sangat pun, sebut bismillah pun dah ok. Maksudnya \u2018Dengan Namamu Ya Allah Aku Mati dan Hidup\u2019. Lagi elok kalau anda baca doa2 tertentu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tidak tidur terlentang<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pernah dengar tak dengar golongan mak-mak marah tidur terlentang? Katanya tak elok amalan syaitan. Tidak tahu sejauhmana kebenarannya, apa yang pasti mengikut kajian yang telah dilakukan, tidur dalam keadaan terlentang sebenarnya akan membuatkan saluran nafas tersekat dan lebih menguatkan bunyi dengkuran.
