Buat masa ini tiada standard yang menyatakan bahawa jumlah jam tidur yang dianggap mencukupi bagi warga emas. Masalah tidur adalah berasaskan kepada keluhan seseorang itu mengenai ketidakcukupan tidur atau terdapat mengganggu kepada fungsi harian mereka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"content_2\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Tanda tidur yang mencukupi adalah apabila seseorang itu bangun dari tidur dengan merasa bertenaga dan puas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"content_2\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Fisiologi tidur berubah dengan peningkatan umur. Kanak-kanak biasanya memerlukan tidur<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">yang lebih banyak berbanding dengan orang dewasa.
