Cara sebegini berguna untuk melegakan otot-otot saraf pada leher.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Lakukan Peregangan Ringan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Melakukan peregangan ringan dengan duduk tegak dengan kepala lurus. Kemudian, perlahan-lahan, tunduk kepala ke bawah\u2026 kira sampai lapan. Kemudian kembali ke posisi tegak, pusing ke belakang, kira sampai lapan. Lakukan perkara yang sama ke arah kiri dan kanan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Jemur Bantal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Biasalah kan\u2026 tip sakit tengkuk yang terakir ini turun-menurun!
