Ia berlaku apabila\u00a0seseorang itu susah untuk tidur atau tidurnya tidak lena dan sering terjaga. Punca, simptom dan tahap serius penyakit insomnia berbeza pada setiap pesakit.<br \/>\n<b><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/b><b><u>Insomnia mungkin:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sukar untuk tidur<\/li>\n<li>sukar untuk kekal tidur sepanjang malam<\/li>\n<li>terjaga terlalu awal diwaktu pagi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><b>Gejala insomnia disiang hari:<\/b><\/u><u><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>mengantuk disiang hari<\/li>\n<li>sentiasa rasa letih<\/li>\n<li>mudah marah<\/li>\n<li>sukar hendak fokus dan mengingat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>Secara amnya, pesakit insomnia mengatakan kualiti hidup mereka menjadi lebih teruk. Insomnia memberi kesan buruk kepada semua aspek kehidupan mereka. Memberi kesan negatif kepada prestasi kerja, mengganggu fokus dalam membuat keputusan dan boleh merosakkam hubungan dgn org sekeliling.<\/p>\n<p>Semua orang kadang2 ada masalah tidur. Biasanya kerana berjaga lewat malam atau bangun terlalu awal pagi disebabkan tuntutan kerja dan sebagainya. Ini bukanlah bermakna anda menghidap insomnia tetapi ianya cuma tak cukup tidur. Masalah selesai bila anda dapat gantikan tidur yang kurang tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sebanyak 30-35 peratus dewasa mengadu insomnia. Ia lebih banyak berlaku dikalangan org berumur, wanita, mereka yg mengalami stress dan mereka yg mempunyai penyakit tertentu serta mereka yg menghidap penyakit mental seperti kemurungan.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18713\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dasabdul.com\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/inline_image_preview.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dasabdul.com\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/inline_image_preview.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.dasabdul.com\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/inline_image_preview-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dasabdul.com\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/inline_image_preview-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.dasabdul.com\/2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/inline_image_preview-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><b><u>Insomnia terbahagi kepada dua jenis :<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Insomnia primer<\/b>\u00a0(primary insomnia) \u2013 pesakit insomnia mempunyai masalah tidur yg tidak berkait atau disebabkan oleh masalah kesihatan yg lain.<\/li>\n<li><b>Insomnia sekunder<\/b>\u00a0(secondary insomnia) \u2013\u00a0berlaku disebabkan oleh penyakit lain yang sama dihidapi seperti asma, tekanan perasaan, sakit sendi, kesakitan, pedih ulu hati, kesan ubat-ubatan dan sebagainya.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><b><u>Insomnia juga boleh dikategorikan kpd dua jenis berdasarkan kekerapan dan tempoh gangguan tidur dan simptom pada siang hari:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Insomnia akut<\/b>\u00a0(acute insomnia) \u2013 jenis insomnia ini berlarutan sehingga 3 bulan. Ia berlaku dalam 15 ke 20 peratus populasi.<\/li>\n<li><b>Insomnia kronik<\/b>\u00a0(chronic insomnia) \u2013 insomnia jenis ini berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali seminggu dan berlarutan sekurang-kurangnya 3 bulan. Lebih kurang 10 peratus populasi menghidap insomnia kronik.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><u><b>Punca-punca insomnia akut:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>tekanan dalam hidup spt hilang pekerjaan, kematian org tersayang, penceraian, berpindah.<\/li>\n<li>jatuh sakit<\/li>\n<li>gangguan emosi atau keadaan tidak selesa<\/li>\n<li>faktor persekitaran spt kebisingan, cahaya terang, suhu melampau (sejuk atau panas) yg mengganggu tidur<\/li>\n<li>sesetengah ubat spt ubat selsema, alergi, kemurungan, tekanan darah tinggi dan asma boleh mengganggu tidur<\/li>\n<li>gangguan waktu tidur spt jag lag atau bertukar waktu shif bekerja antara siang dan malam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><u><b>Punca-punca insomnia kronik :<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>penyakit kemurungan dan\/atau kegelisahan<\/li>\n<li>stres yg berpanjangan<\/li>\n<li>sakit atau tidak selesa pada waktu malam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><b><u>Rawatan insomnia:<\/u><\/b><\/h3>\n<div>Insomnia akut biasanya tidak memerlukan rawatan. Insomnia yang tidak teruk boleh dicegah atau dirawat dgn mengamalkan\u00a0<u>tabiat tidur<\/u>\u00a0yang bagus. Jika insomnia menyebabkan anda mempunyai gejala disiang hari, doktor mungkin akan memberikan pil tidur utk kegunaan beberapa hari.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><u>Pil tidur<\/u>\u00a0membantu anda tidur lena dan mencegah kesan mengantuk pada keesokan hari. Tetapi jangan cuba untuk membeli sendiri di farmasi kerana ia mempunyai kesan buruk jika diambil secara berpanjangan selain kesannya semakin kurang.<\/p>\n<p>Rawatan utk insomnia kronik termasuklah merawat masalah kesihatan lain yg menyebabkan insomnia tersebut. Jika insomnia masih berterusan, maka doktor akan mencadangkan terapi kelakuan.
